How to Communicate with Your Writer

Communication with your writer is one of the keys to a successful paper. Make sure you provide all the necessary information on the task!

There are two main ways to contact your writer. The most important one is the message board which is located in your personal control panel. To message your writer, here is what you need to do:


1. Log into your control panel and then click on the order you want to talk to your writer about:

2. After clicking on the order you want, navigate to the button that says "Write a New Message".

3. Type your message and hit "Send".

You may prefer to contact your writer by getting in touch with a member of our support staff who will be happy to pass a message to your writer. Simply press the "Ask staff" button. You can also quickly reach a staff member through chat, email or phone.

Please do not reveal any personal information such as your name, address or banking information in any of your messages. We take privacy protection very seriously but it's up to you to make sure you don't directly give personal information to a third party.
