If You Are Not Satisfied with Your Paper

Updated: Mar 16, 2017
Be sure, you will like the paper from the first word! Anyway, there are always ways out.

You have the option to request a revision of your order if you aren't satisfied with it. Simply click the "Request a Free Revision". A pop-up will appear prompting you to provide instructions for the revision. Please be as detailed and precise as possible so your writer can satisfactorily fulfill your request.

The best way to give instructions is to list the problems point by point and explain exactly how you want your writer to fix them. If you need any help communicating what revisions you need please reach out to a member of our staff.

Use your control panel to request revision

You are entitled to an unlimited number of revisions within a 20 day period. The writer is instantly alert via email when you request a revision. If your revision is especially urgent you can send a message to one of our support representatives who will contact the writer to make sure they start working right away.

We've discovered that the need for revisions is almost always because of inaccurate or unclear assignment instructions. If you make sure to provide clear instructions when you first set up an order you can save your and your writer's time and effort.
